 Bobrinyova A.V. Adaptation of textile enterprises to market conditions. – Manuscript.

Thesis for a candidate’s degree by a speciality 08.06.01 - Economy, organization and management of the enterprises. - Ukrainian academy of foreign trade, Kiev, 2003.

The dissertation is devoted to increase of the concept of development of cotton branch as environments of the competing enterprises. Is determined, that the target barriers of branch  make  inexpedient liquidation of the large enterprises, and the formation of competitive environment,  is possible at the expense of creation of the small enterprises. The conditions of an effective utilization of the modern forms of vertical integration are determined. The technological concept in the theory of organization of the markets is advanced. The mechanism of the joint decision of operational and investment tasks of increase of efficiency of use of the capital is modified. The technique of differentiation of cotton fabrics is advanced in view of conditions of their use, the segments of the commodity market are constructed. Has received the further development in view of branch specificity classification strategic  profits from integration of cotton manufacture. The economic-mathematical model of a task optimisations of the sizes of the combined small enterprises is developed.
