Dissertation research is devoted to the theoretical and methodological aspects of integration and co-operation in Agro – Industrial Complex. It is analized its development and efficiency in a region. It has been determined the ways of activization and rising of efficiency of development of agro-industrial integration and co-operation. Among them: optimization of structure and size of integration and co-operation structure providing necessary for activization and effective functioning of integrated structures in economic sphere; improvement of the economical relations; creation of the effective market infrastructure and improvement of organization of saling of output.
