            The dissertation paper is devoted to theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of farm enterprises development under transformative conditions of Agroindustrial Complex state regulation. Conceptual approaches to farm production reforming are considered. The experience of farm enterprises functioning in Lugansk region is summarized and the estimation (evaluation) of state regulation as to their farming activity is given.

            Regional grain market research revealed that state mechanism of farm producers support is insufficient Regional grain market model is developed under conditions of price uncertainty that has theoretical and practical significance. Scientifically based organizing and economic mechanism of farming regulation is offered for implementation on the basis of determined optimal ratios as to applying state and market methods of farm enterprises activities regulation.
