This thesis deals with the methodological grounding of a new approach to provide modernization in economic legislation, particnlarly to provide it with new mechanisms of law conditions for the realization of stable development demands. The factors of law realization influencing the nature resources under the formation of the base of national economy have been investigated. I has been estimated that it is blocked with several reasons. The criteria of demands have been chosen to which the adaptation is necessary. The main characteristics of harmonization of laws concerning the economic usage of natural resources according to the stable development are systematized and are adjusted to the conditions and understanding in Ukraine, in 1999. The realization of liabilities concerning the natural resources on the base contacts of natural resources strategy is used. The differentiation of law regime natural resources in economic usage is given. Moreover, the above given subject is investigated by the adopted laws in the organization of legal forms using in the investments in economic activity. The conditions providing stable economic and social development are examined. The forecasts and programmes of economic-social development are coordinated. The complex of economic-law mechanisms for the stable development of small law, villages is widened. The ecologization of  law mechanisms is thoroughly studies.
