The dissertation work is devoted to the development of an automated system of the information processing to make the decision of selection and distribution of the personnel in an enterprise. The author studied the current state of the automated processing of information in order to make the decision of selection and distribution of the personnel in an enterprise, and grounded its significance. The new mathematical task statement of the optimum search in the distribution of loading of the workers in an enterprise is constructed. The author proposed the modification of the genetic algorithm, which raises the probability of global extremum search. The search of optimal distribution of workers loading in an enterprise was provided on the base of modified genetic algorithm. For the first time the instrument of genetic algorithm, which works according to the principles of formal mathematical is formulated. The mechanism of interconnected rules of elements of formal model changing is developed within frameworks of the semiotic model of the task of selection and distribution of the enterprise personnel. The software for the automated information processing to make the decision of selection and distribution of the personnel in an enterprise is developed according to the principles of the semiotic model allowing to realize the management of dynamic object of management.
