In the dissertation the estimation of competitive positions IR of Crimea in the market of recreational services (MRS) with use of the geomarketing approach is made. The results of geomarketing researches are generalized in the field of public geography, the critical evaluation of the existing methodical approaches and receptions for research of the territorial markets and opportunities of their use for research of a specific type MRS is made. The technique of the comparative analysis of competitive positions territorial MRS is developed which includes a substantiation of the program, system of estimated parameters on groups of parameters and their modification at different territorial levels. The scales of a mark estimation of parameters making a basis for cartographical representation of major results as a polygon of competitiveness are developed. The geography of demand, consumer preferences and degree of satisfaction by rest on a peninsula with the help of sociological i! Nterrogation among tourists, living outside of Crimea is revealed. The conformity of the offer to real demand is revealed through sociological interrogation among the organizers of rest in Crimea. The estimation of competitive positions MRS of Crimea at the international, national and regional levels is made and the strategy of strengthening of its competitiveness is proved.
